High School Fall Sports work out information!

We are very excited to be able to offer some summer workouts for our high school fall athletes that will begin on July 6th! The workouts are optional, but it is a great way to get in shape for fall tryouts. If you are planning to tryout for fall sports please make sure you have completed all of the requirements below.

The following high school sports will be offered this fall:
Volleyball
Men’s soccer
Cross country
Women’s golf (*will begin July 27th)

Fall Sports Requirements
#1 Required Forms – Required forms for all athletes who wish to participate in sports at FLA

#2 Workout Signups – If you would like to participate, please sign up for each day you would like to attend. You will be required to attend with the same group through out Phase 1.

#3 COVID-19 Waiver– This form is required to be filled out and turned in before you can participate in the first workout. These will be collected by Coach Wright on the first day of workouts.

#4 Symptom Survey– This is required to be filled out every day by each participant! Please read the survey carefully and answer all questions truthfully.
